Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at service@montes.top before returning any items to confirm the return address.

The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear.

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order.

All sales are final after 30 days from the delivery date.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us with photos and your order number for assistance.
