Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Order processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 6–15 business days. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently accept orders from the United States only.
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
Any customs duties or taxes charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
- Check your shipping confirmation email carefully.
- Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Check around your delivery location or ask neighbors.

Returns & Exchanges
What if I receive a faulty item?
Please email your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description to service@montes.top. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Please note that loose threads, sequins, glitter, or slight sheerness may be part of the garment design and are not considered defects.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original order (within the return window) and place a new order for the desired item.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at service@montes.top to receive the final return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the store.
Payments
Why does checkout say “Transaction cannot be processed”?
This is a generic card error. Please double-check your card details, try another card, or use PayPal’s “Debit/Credit Card” option. You may also try again later.
Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?
If you saw a confirmation message after checkout, your order was successfully placed. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at service@montes.top.
Is your website secure? What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through PayPal. We do not store your credit card information. You may pay using PayPal or major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal.
